Sebastiani Theatre – Accessible Restroom Renovation

Developed for the Sebastiani Theatre in Sonoma, California, this project reimagined the venue's public restroom facilities to improve accessibility while preserving the historic character of the theatre. The proposal balanced ADA compliant design with thoughtful space planning, high quality finishes, and a contemporary aesthetic that complemented the building's heritage. Through detailed 3D modelling and photorealistic visualisations, the concept enabled the client to evaluate the design, materials, and user experience before construction, ensuring both functionality and sensitivity to the theatre's architectural identity.
